Design Team card for Little Claire Designs using the Dispatch stamp from Hatch, Match and Dispatch Set

Good Morning and Welcome!

Today I am sharing a reminder for the Little Claire Designs Hochanda show on Friday 7th July! This is a DT card I made a little while ago using the beautiful stamp set Hatch, Match and Dispatch.

This card was actually featured on the Hochanda show where it was first launched! :)

For this card I used a grey swirl paper from my stash with a dark grey for contast. I die cut the stamp out with a stitched circle die and coloured using Promarkers. To finish I added a greeting and some Card Candi to the corners.

Thanks for looking and don't forget the next Little Claire show is on 7th July on Hochanda!
Hugs,

Watermelon Card Using Free Papers from Quick Cards Made Easy Mag and Fiskars Punch

Good Morning My Friends!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the Free
Bonus Papers in the issue 166 of Quick Cards Made Easy. I was lucky enough to be chose to work with these papers a few months back and I made a few cards with them. This is my third and final card.

I kept this one simple. Found some matching papers for the borders and used a circle punch which I used to punch green, white and pink circles. I cut these in half and layered together, using a scalloped punch to take a "bite" out of one slice. The heart pips are the waste hearts from Fiskars Intricate Border Punch. I added one of the greetings from the free papers to finish. So cute and fun to make!

Here is a professional pic of the card features on Facebook - Thank you Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine!

"You Rock" For the Love of Stamps June collection DT card using Retro Mix Tape

Good Morning!

Today I bring you a Design Team card from the June collection of stamps by For the Love of Stamps by Hunkydory! This set is called Retro Mix Tape and I love this set as it is so versatile. I made a funky "pop" tape card which I blogged before and this one is a grungy "rock" style tape card using darker colours.

Products Used:

Retro Mix Tape Stamp Set, Step out in Style and Rock ‘n’ Roll Jukebox stamp sets

Card blank, Adorable Scorable - Matt-tastic Selection

Ink Me! Stamping Card

Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad

Distress Inks: Rusty Hinge, Walnut Stain, Watercolour brush

Promarkers: Cocoa, Walnut, Henna, Black, Cool Grey 5

Tape

I stamped the main image, adding in the fab greeting tape part and then I used some Distress Ink around the edges. I stamped some different elements from different sets (love the splats from step out in style) and used a watercolour brush with the ink to colour the stars and flick some spots onto the card. I layered onto matt-tastic black to finish.

Thanks for looking, hugs,

Sarah x

Today I am sharing a card I made a little while ago using a fab paper pack from Little Claire Designs. The pack is called Best Freinds Forever, is 6" x 6" size and has 4 different topper designs with matching papers.

I also used the sentiment from the stamp set Hugs which also features the main image as a stamp :) I layered this card against a green daisy paper and finished by adding a scribble pen border, red ribbon, some paper flowers and Card Candi. So quick, simple and pretty!

Thanks for looking and the next Little Claire show is on 7th July on Hochanda!

Monkey Card using Free Stamps in Papercraft Essentials Magazine Issue 147

Good Morning Everybody!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the Free
stamps from issue 145 of Papercraft Essentials Magazine. I fell in love with the cute stamps and my daughter loves monkeys so I thought I would make a fun card from the stamps.

This card made it into the Readers' Gallery in issue 147! How awesome is that?!

For this card I used finger sponge daubers and Distress Ink to make the background. Then I stamped the vine trail along the top and greeting at the bottom. I stamped and coloured the monkeys and bananas seperate and fussy cut them, attaching with foam pads. To finish I added a green mat and a few matching sequins to the background.

Thanks for looking,
Sarah x

Polar Hugs Pink and Blue Christmas DT Card for Little Claire Designs

Good Morning and shhhhh, I didn't say the "C" word!

But as we all know any sensible crafter starts their Christmas makes in June (I promise it's a big thing in the crafting world - non crafting friends!) So I thought I would share a DT card I made for Little Claire Designs using the super cute Polar Hugs. I have used non-traditional colours for this card if that helps :)

For this card I used one of the mini white card blanks (3.5" square so very mini) and made my own background. For this I used a stencil by The Crafters Workshop called
