Birthday Card using For the Love of Stamps - Wine O'Clock

Hello Once Again!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the lovely stamps from Hunkydory range For the Love of Stamps. This set is called Wine O'Clock and is perfect for many cards I will be making with a wine theme!

I created this design by using some masks and stamping on top to create dimension and layers. I then coloured with Promarkers and used Distress Inks about the edge of the card to create atmoshphere. To finish I stamped the beautiful sentiment and punched these out with shaped punches!

Lemon Shortbread DT card for new challenge using Mermaid Shoujo

Good Morning and Welcome Back!
Today I am sharing my Design Team card for Lemon Shortbread's new blog challenge #38.

For this Challenge I have used the really cute Mermaid Shoujo digi stamp. I have just done the mermaid section on the skin and hair class over at Kit and Clowder and knew this image would be fab practise  :)

I decided on blue and green hair with natural looking sea landscape for the back drop. I used Letraset ProMarker and white Uni Ball Signo Gel Ink Pen for the colouring. To finish I added a sentiment (Stampin' Up) with pearls and twine to finish.

I have entered my card in the following challenges:

Good Morning to you All!

TodaI am sharing a DT scrapbook page of my daughter watering the plants in our front garden. I used the Fiskars Large Squeeze Punch, Petals to create the raindrop shape for this page.

The watering can and welly boots are dies by Robert Adams and I used Distress Ink on the drops to give them some dimension and texture. A simple layout for a fond memory!

Head on over to the Fiskarettes Face Book page for more fab projects and inspiration!
