Wooden Present Decorations
Hello Everyone!
Today I am sharing some little decorations I helped make. This was a team effort with hubby cutting and sanding the blocks, then cutting, sticking and gluing old Christmas cards to the sides.
I finished these by sanding the edges for a shabby chic finish and adding Christmas ribbon to make them look like presents and adding a loop for hanging. How cute do these look?!

Oddball Art DT Card for Blog Challenge Reminder - Like Dreamers Do
Hello and Welcome Back!
Today I have a DT card as a reminder for the challenge over on the Oddball Art Stamps blog!
The challenge theme for this month is Like Dreamers Do and is all about using a fantasy element (unicorn, fairy etc) and I have used the digi stamp I used is No.164 and is called Purdy Butterfly. I love butterflies and this months theme is a good excuse to use a fantasy butterfly fairy digi :) I also used the sentiment from image No: 217 as I love this sentiment so much!

I wanted to use soft colours and opted for pale purple and pale green. I used some lovely distressed leaves and butterflies by Creative Expressions and stamped these using Distress Inks. I then used the distress Inks with a watercolour brush for the Butterfly wings and outfit. I coloured the girl in with Promarkers and added small silver stars all over to give the image some sparkle and magic. A twine bow with long tails finished the card.

Magic Reindeer Food for the Little Ones
Good Morning Everyone!
Today I am sharing something different. I had seen some of these about and wanted to have a go myself. On Christmas Eve my Little Girl and I will be outside sprinkling out Magic Reindeer Food :)
I used a bunch of porridge oats and sugar mixed with coloured food paste to create the Food and printed off a little poem for the front. I stamped snowflakes onto the poem and die cut a Lawn Fawn Reindeer to go on the front. Super easy but hopefully will be the start of a beautiful tradition. Perfect for Christmas Eve boxes :)

For this Challenge I have used the lovely Christmas Poinsettia Girl. This digi stamp is beautiful, the girl is so cute and sweet.
I wanted to make this card really special so decided to create and easel card. I found a lovely vintage looking holly background and matted and layered this with red cardstock. I coloured the Girl using Promarkers and spent a little time on this as I am learning to blend the hair and clothes from tutorials. I added punched holly leaves and sparkly berries to the corners and a beautiful die cut Tattered Lace sentiment to finish.

Welcome Back!
Today I have my latest Glitter 'N' Sparkle Challenge Blog DT card. The challenge theme this week is Thanks / Thankfulness. I have used this really cute digi stamp from Aurora Wings called Star Angel Sprite
Here is my card . . .
Here is my card . . .
I had in my head a pale blue and gold colour scheme. I found a snowy pale blue paper and a gold card with embossed flowers on it. I used a die from Sue Wilson for the rays of light behind the Sprite and thought the sentiment "Thanks for being a Star" would be super cute. I fussy cut the sprite and added a glittered wooden star to the sentiment to finish.
