Apologies

Good Morning,

I am terribly sorry for not posting anything last week. I don't want to be cryptic but I've been a bit under the weather and haven't really felt like crafting or blogging. (So you guys know that I haven't been feeling myself!) It's nothing to worry about but it means I will be cutting my blogs down to one or two posts a week until I feel better.

So today I bring you . . .

. . . a commissioned card using a Crafty Individuals Stamp and pro-markers.

Thanks for looking,
Sarah.

Dad shaped card with Fish

Hello,

I had been asked to make a special card for Dad. I decided what could be more special than spelling out the word? I had sketched and cut out the letters to spell DAD and covered in the themed paper.

Finishing touches we made by inking the edges in blue and stamping a greeting and added 3 plastic buttons to the card. This was well received! x

Fish made from Circle Punches and Hearts

Hi and Good Morning,

Here we have a commission for a fish card for Grandad. I decided to go with a simple idea of using punches to create my own fish toppers. I die cut the waves using a scalloped boarder in two different blues.

Then I punched out various circles with two different greens and a few hearts for the mouth fins and tail. I added some pre-cut letters and stamped the birthday greeting. Lastly cutting a few rough grass shaped pieces for seaweed.

3D Lilly Flower Card

Good Morning!
Today I bring another commission "for my Girl Friend on her Birthday".

I punched and coloured the petals and leaves using punch-bunch punches and pro-markers. For extra detail I torn coloured paper and die cut a leafy swirl, finishing by stamping the greeting.

Little Claire's VW Campervan Digi Stamp

Hello and Welcome!

I am not normally a digi stamp person, much preferring to hand stamp or draw but as I was told our Niece is very much into Campervans I decided to give the digi stamp a go from Little Claire's.

If any of you know me personally you will know that in my day job I always use photoshop and other design programs for the engraving process and artwork. So I had a play with the layout and added a script font to save stamping the greeting. I printed off the campervan twice to layer up and used Stampin' Up! Boho Blossoms flower punch for decoration :)

Thanks for looking.
